Sex Sells, Sex Tells.
I read an article a few weeks or months back that talked about products and companies that use sex to sell their items when it has nothing to do with the product itself. Recently a commercial for a Visa card has caught my attention.

Watching this commercial I was wondering what the heck it was going to be about. Turns out it was for Visa's Black Card. Some card where apparently like 1% of the population will qualify for. Which makes me wonder why they spent so much money on advertising for that 1%. I'm sure all the people watching Red vs. Blue that see this commercial, when I first saw it, will be in the bracket and be ready to sign up before anyone figures out why there are two bases in an empty canyon.
Everything is black in the commercial and that's about all it has to do with the credit card. I guess it goes to show you that with the card you can buy all this stuff? Does it have no limit? Will it teach you to paint your toenails to look prettier? Will you become a goth? I don't know.

Ironically Go Daddy is one of them. I chose them way back before TVs were invented after I reserched a lot of different webhosting sites. Now they fall into this category and that's where Wewwl is hosted :)
What are some other ads that caught your attention?
I’m assuming that running the Black Card ad suckers other people in who would figure they could con their way into a Black Card and thus get the sex that comes from being an exclusive Black Card owner. Visa = the very latest thing in your mind.
